So this last week we've picked up the pace! We're in need of people to teach so we have been doing alot of finding! We went on exchanges, and Elder Pratt and I found a good number of potential investigators! And we have appointments with all of them! so we're way excited to go see them! I'm hoping that none of them fall through ^-^
Anyways, good news! there was a less active we'd been working with who finally came to church! So that was way exciting to see her there! Everytime we invited her she would only say "I'll think about coming" but we finally got her to say she'd come and she did! I know she felt the spirit, and so it was way sweet :)
I had the privilege of giving a Less-Active a blessing on wednesday, and it was pretty cool. The member who was present said he felt very impressed it lined up with the LA's Patriarchal blessing. So that was pretty cool. Giving blessings is way cool, working with the spirit is way cool. It's very indescribable for me to describe what it is like to receive information to tell people by the spirit. So I won't try, because it won't go anywhere haha
There is something special when you see the Gospel click in someone. It just makes me happy. the day after I gave that blessing that LA texted us and said "Guess what? I have a Heavenly Father who loves me!" That made me so happy to hear that, and it was just a break through. I'm glad to know that the efforts I'm making aren't worthless... I just wish we had more investigators to work with, and less LAs. LA's are good and all, but I'd love to be bringing people into the church, and helping them achieve the happiness I feel.
